Returns & Exchanges

At Wuxiz Boutique Toronto, we aim to keep our customers satisfied with every purchase. However, if you are not fully happy with your order, you may be eligible to return it in accordance with this Returns & Refund Policy.

Please read this policy carefully before requesting a return.


1. General Return Conditions

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • You may only request a return after you have physically received your item.
  • All return shipping costs are fully the responsibility of the customer, including any international shipping fees and customs charges.
  • Items must be:
    • Unused
    • Unwashed
    • Undamaged
    • In their original condition, with all original tags and labels still attached
  • Trying on items is allowed, but wearing them (e.g. for a day out) is not allowed.
  • Orders placed with the clear intention of “bracketing” (ordering multiple sizes or variations of the same item with the intention to return part of the order) may be refused or not accepted for return, at our sole discretion.

Wuxiz Boutique Toronto reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet the above conditions.


2. How to Start a Return

If you wish to return an item, please follow these steps:

  • Contact us by email at info@wuxiz.com within 30 days of receiving your item.
    In your email, include:
    • Your full name
    • Order number
    • The item(s) you wish to return
    • Reason for return
  • After we review your request, you will receive:
    • The return address of our supplier (located in China)
    • Any specific instructions required for your return
  • You then ship the item back entirely at your own expense, including:
    • International postage
    • Any customs duties, taxes, or handling fees charged by carriers or customs authorities
  • We strongly recommend using a shipping method with track & trace so you can follow your parcel.

Please note: Returns sent without prior email notification or to a different address than the one we provide may not be processed.


3. Return Shipping & Costs

  • All return shipping costs are paid by the customer.

    This includes:

    • Outbound shipping fees
    • Return postage
    • Any customs import or export duties
    • Handling or brokerage fees charged by shipping companies or customs

We do not provide prepaid return labels at this time.


4. Inspection & Refunds

Once your returned item has been received at our supplier’s warehouse in China and inspected, we will determine whether it meets our return conditions.

  • If the return is approved, we will issue a refund of the product price using the original payment method.
  • Refunds are typically processed within 30 days after the item is received and approved.
  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

We reserve the right to partially refund or decline a refund if:

  • The item shows signs of use, damage, washing, or wear.
  • Tags, labels, or original packaging are missing.
  • The return was not requested within the 30 day notification period.

5. Liability & Lost Parcels

  • We are not responsible for lost or missing return parcels.
  • If the tracking information indicates that the parcel has been delivered to the address provided, Wuxiz Boutique Toronto cannot be held liable for packages that are lost, stolen, or misplaced after delivery.
  • If an incorrect or incomplete address was entered at checkout, the responsibility lies entirely with the customer.

Address errors (such as wrong house number, postal code, or missing unit number) must be reported to us within 24 hours of placing the order by emailing info@wuxiz.com. We cannot guarantee changes after this timeframe.


6. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective:

  1. Contact us at info@wuxiz.com within 48 hours of delivery.

    Include:

    • Order number
    • Clear photos or videos of the defect or damage
  2. We will review your case and offer a suitable solution, which may include:
    • A replacement item
    • A partial refund
    • A full refund in certain cases

Please note: minor variations in color, size, or finish can occur due to screen settings and manufacturing processes and are not always considered defects.
