If you have received the wrong items or the items you have received
are defective, please send an email to info@wuxiz.com to discuss this further.
If you are not satisfied with the goods you have received, you can return them to us within 30 days of receipt, provided they are in their original and saleable
condition.
Once returned, you are entitled to a full refund, excluding
the cost of return shipping. We cannot refund or exchange
items that appear to have been used or opened, or that
are not in their original condition.
Requesting a return
Please download, print and complete the return form if you have not already done so. Request the return form using the form below.
Send your return form together with a photo of the products you are returning to info@wuxiz.com by email.
Once approved, ensure that your return shipment is properly packaged and meets all the conditions below.
Clearly mark “Returns” on the outer packaging of your parcel.
Use an insured tracking service to ensure that your parcel arrives safely.
Send a follow-up email with your tracking information to info@wuxiz.com.

Return Conditions and Guidelines:
All returned items must be unused, unopened and in their original plastic packaging.
We are not responsible for the cost of returning the items.
Please ensure that all returned items are properly packaged so that they are not damaged in the post.
Please ensure that all return parcels are sent using a traceable, insured service, as we cannot take responsibility for items that are damaged or lost during return transport.
Ensure that the return form has been approved - without approval, your return may not be processed.
Easy returns in three simple steps:
Step 1: Request the return form using the contact form below. Provide
your order number, email address and reason for return.
Step 2: Send your order
Send the items together with the completed return form to the address
on the return form. Make sure you provide the package with a Track and Trace
code.
As the sender, you are responsible and we do not want any misunderstandings
to arise.
Step 3: Receive the purchase amount in your bank account Once we have received the parcel, we will ensure that the purchase amount is refunded to your bank account within five working days.
