  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.
  • Orders may experience slight delays during holidays, high-demand periods, or unexpected supply chain disruptions.

The average shipping time is:

3. Shipping Method & Origin

All orders are shipped directly from our supplier in China using trusted international carriers.

Depending on your country’s import laws, customs duties or taxes may apply. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.


4. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Destination country
  • Package weight and size
  • Selected shipping method (if multiple options are available)

All applicable costs will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.


5. Tracking Information

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear.


6. Delivery Responsibility

To ensure clarity and fairness, please note the following:

  • If tracking information shows “Delivered”, the package is considered successfully delivered, and responsibility transfers to the customer.
  • Wuxiz Boutique is not liable for stolen, lost, or misplaced packages after the carrier marks them as delivered.
  • Please make sure that the shipping address you enter at checkout is complete and accurate.

Address errors must be reported within 24 hours after placing the order by emailing info@wuxiz.com.

We cannot guarantee changes to your order after this timeframe.


7. Customs, Duties & Import Fees

Depending on your country of residence, customs fees or import taxes may be applied. These charges are:

  • Assessed by your local customs authority
  • Not controlled by Wuxiz Boutique
  • Entirely the responsibility of the customer

Failure to pay customs fees may result in returned or destroyed packages, which are not eligible for refunds.


8. Delayed or Missing Packages

If your package is significantly delayed or appears stuck:

  1. Track your order using the tracking link provided.
  2. Contact your local carrier with the tracking number.

Please note: some carriers may require up to 48–72 hours to update tracking information.
