Have you found a WuxiZ item that you simply must have? Great!
Now select a colour and/or size and click on “add to basket”. Of course, you can continue shopping; you can always return to your basket by clicking on the “shopping bag icon” in the top right-hand corner.
Please note: items in your shopping cart are not reserved.
Finished shopping? Then it's time to complete your order. Click on the “shopping bag icon” in the top right corner to go to your WuxiZ items. On the next screen, you can adjust the quantities if necessary. Then click on the “Proceed to checkout” button. You will now be taken to the checkout page. Here you can easily fill in all your details on one page.
Please note: Once you have completed your order, you can no longer change it, as your order will be processed immediately so that you can receive it as quickly as possible.
1. WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?
WuxiZ covers the shipping costs. This means you do not pay any shipping costs.*
* You are responsible for paying the shipping costs to return your item.
2. CAN I TRACK MY DELIVERY?
Yes, we ship all your items with Track & Trace. You can track your order via the order status page. You will receive a link to this page via email as soon as your order has been shipped.
It may take a while for the Track & Trace status to become available.
3. WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIMES?
WuxiZ strives to deliver products quickly. If you place an order on working days before 3 p.m., we aim to process your order the same day. We ship many of our items directly from our suppliers. As a result, the average delivery time is 7-13 days.
4. I AM NOT AT HOME DURING DELIVERY, WHAT NOW?
If your parcel cannot be delivered, it will be held for 7 days at a Canada Post location. You will also receive a notification from the driver, which will indicate the collection location. After these 7 days, Canada Post will return the shipment to our warehouse.
5. INCORRECT ADDRESS
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping, so there is always a small window of opportunity to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you think you have provided an incorrect shipping address.
6. LOST OR STOLEN PARCEL
We are not responsible for lost or stolen parcels. If your Track & Trace indicates that your parcel has been delivered to your address but you have not received your order, please report this. Canada Post will start an investigation 14 days after the specified delivery date, and we will keep you informed until the investigation is complete.
